i believed everybody have their own ways to deal with stress and perhaps try to reduce it as much as you can
being a full time research student is challenging.... i have to rely on my own to ensure everything is continously done as planned.I often stumbled across a situation where i can't work effectively while clock is ticking and deadlines are around the corner.
so in this entry post i would like to share what i normally did when 'this situation' occured...it might not work for everybody but at least i know it works for me :)
Read anything other than any scientific journals
sometimes when i feel helpless on what i currently did, i read anything that could help me from overthink my current problem
Quran, any story books and magazine will help to soothe and make me calm..my heart beat slower when i calm..therefore continue reading scientific journal will cause more harm than help :(
last-last tak siap jugak keja if i keep on denying myself that i am stressed
Do Physical Activities
i'm not a sport person who go to gym or jog regularly..but sometimes physical exercises do help me to reduce my stress level
if i too lazy to jog, i will clean up my room and rearrange my scientifc journals in files *it's pretty heavy ok*
thick journals arranged according to field *kalah librarian*
rearrange cloths in wardrobe also help! arrange it accroding to their lengths and colors.. sometimes i even ironed cloths in advance before new week starts haha padehal kat rumah punya liat nk menggosok!
terjengket2 menyusun baju sbb almari tinggi sgt *arranged according to lengths & colors* semangat (kembang hidung)
since i'm stayed in hostel nothing much i can do here..no tv & no astro etc.. i ony have my lappy that i'm too tired to use when i'm stressed out ...hence ironing can be one of the activity to kill stress T___T
Eat
This one works all the time..kalau aku tgh marah-marah..cuba ko ajak makan...confirm aku cool down haha
i enjoy good foods and i successfully gained weight here! problems seem to fade away while i eat haha
u can try at your own risk! jgn slhkan aku kalau berat naik hehe

talk to your good friends
not necessarily share everthing that u are currently deal with..sometimes we encounter problems that too private to be tell
tapi call kawan sekejap cakap benda-benda merepek pon means a lot to me.. BBM, twitter or fb with your close frens and family will help too and sometimes they motivate you without u realise it :)
talking about craps for hours will make u laugh..............and trust me u reallyyyyyyyyyy need that
